Building Quality estimates and Contracts

I am a new roofing and general contractor. Everything so far has been relatively cut and dry except how to make a proper estimate or contract. Does anyone have any resources on how to do this?

  • We’ve been in a similar boat before. I’d be happy to connect with you and give you guidance where I can - from one “learning it all as we go” entrepreneur to another.

You can also set up scheduled payments and more...the benefit is that the bookkeeping is partially done for you.

the estimate should be pretty simple cause jobber makes it easy. we put our contract in the "client message" portion at the bottom of the estimate.
