These are good, I am in HVAC and spent some time putting my own checklists together. I have the guys fill them out prior to closing the job. Now the challenge is implementing them!
We've done things like this for common jobs that we do over and over again. Anything that saves a callback is a good start!
I’m just getting started on SOP’s to get my company a little more organized and hoping it leads to less babysitting guys in the field.
