Growing a team or not?
Been working the business for little less than 2 years. Should we keep our pace or risk hiring employees. Has anyone been stuck in the position before?

Do you feel like you're at capacity and you're turning away business or you can do more alone? I'm of the mindset that you keep grinding until the wheels fall off lol at a certain point the value of your time is much higher doing revenue generating activities (networking, following up on leads, implementing new marketing initiatives in your business) while you have people servicing your customers.
