How to bid new home construction

I am an electrician by trade and was wandering if anybody had a software they use to semi accurately bid out new home construction. Based on per outlet or square foot bidding. I am fairly new to the estimating side and was curious how you hid bid out new home construction from service install to final trim out?

    I am in the HVAC trade and in a very similar situation. I'll be curious to see if you get any responses here.
