How to grow a fire protection business from a side hustle into a full-time company?

Hello we are new to jobber excellent software btw.

We started a small business with backflows. We did this as a side hustle but we started to gain more customers on the process. I am licensed as fire sprinkler inspector, fire alarm and fire extinguishers so we decided to open multiple departments to get more work.

We are growing and expanding so I look forward with gods help to grow the company bigger in 2 years.

    There is one way I can think to help you expand your business.  Fire Suppression System installation.  Get your company involved in the bidding process with upcoming Hospitality builds and other type of commercial property builds. These require a Wet or Dry Riser systems.  This will generate a substantial amount of money for your business and potential financial incentives for your employees as well. This will also create plenty of work for your employees even in slow seasons. You would brand your business as being a complete full service fire suppression business as well. That never hurts when advertising for your company.
