How to run a successful home upgrade campaign?
We would like to start a campaign entitled the modern home upgrades. Has anyone run a successful campaign similar to this? We are in planning stages currently.

I love this idea. You're keeping up with the times and adjusting to modern homes. That is a great idea.
This got my brain going too thinking out how I could roll something like this out. Not even just for modern homes but 100+ year homes, 50+ year homes. Having a specific set of touch points for a home depending on it's age. Knowing where maintenance is needed after 50, 75, 100 years... interesting thoughts.
