Hey Mike! I'm a GC and this past year we started focusing on getting pro photos and videos of our projects. We signed on a videographer for one project that involved 7 visits throughout the lifecycle of the project from start to finish and 21 videos. I wanna say we paid like 7k or so.
I have a buddy who paid 350 per visit with one video.
For photos, we have own photographer. We work with that specializes in higher end design to remodels, and the average photo shoots for $20 or so high-end photos comes out to somewhere around a thousand bucks on a full home remodel. We had another guy for about $ 750 for 1 storey homes, and we've done like 200 for 20-30 pics in a single-room project like a bathroom. In all cases they come with a light setup.
