I’m may I suggest incentives for your employees. Employee of the month or random raffles for employees who can get a customer to leave a google review we’ve adopted the method and works for us… I guess you have to think back when we all starting working regular jobs…. We for feel appreciated or valued we stop performing at peak…. If we feel appreciated and valued we output better workmanship along with incentives there is also the bad cop with disciplinary actions. Out of uniform… late… left work before finish time… longer lunch… call out… no call no shows… etc. disciplinary actions go along way and well I’m not saying to drop the hammer on them. You showing incentives and also being on top of their appearance and workmanship shows that if they perform while they won’t get disciplinary, but if they perform well, they will get positive vibes so if they start to slack off a customer complains, you have to bring them in hey listen so I’m so sad this about you is everything all right it shows that you are concerned about them individually and not as a whole group turnaround for your only outcome of money cause a lot of employees get that gesture that you’re the owner that you make all the money but if you show random and send them like maybe a brush set just for that person raffle off a hat, a new shirt, even even a mug with the company logo, it’s marketing for you when they use it outside of work and it gives her that incentive like now. I have a hat now I have a cup to use for work
