It's so nice to know we are not alone in this struggle. Currently we are doing a bit of both. The struggle we are facing with this option is scheduling. The customers that have the smaller jobs are waiting for time in our schedule because we have a bathroom remodel scheduled that is booked for the week. There appears to be growing pains no matter which way you go. Follow your path and money making potential and stay true to your brand. That's what we are doing!
