What strategies are working best for electrical contractors to get more jobs?

We are an electrical contractor in Colorado and leads have slowed a lot on Google-we're a small company of 12, minus 3 admin we have 9 total techs. The one thing that is really really helping my residential department is Thumbtack. There is a lot on there honestly. Google Ads, Facebook Ads, they haven't been as great as thumbtack honestly. 

On the commercial side we are stacked on jobs that we have been bidding on.
