Customer Q: Will Campaigns get more customer segment functionality based on tags, etc?

A: Campaigns is constantly getting new functionality to the product. At the moment, you can filter your customer list using client tags for campaigns. 

Here's a screenshot of the filters that are available under the 'All clients' segment today:
