Honestly, I was fully expecting an actual proper way to manage maintenance contracts. I still can't believe it hasn't been implemented yet. It's the most frustrating part of jobber. Yes, the new features are pretty neat and will appease some folks. But please for the love of God, get maintenance contracts sorted out!

Hi! Curious to know what you're needing for maintenance contracts? I know I'd love to have a reminder sent to me or even an automated message to the client to let them know that their contract is expiring soon.

Literally everything. People have resorted to using tags for clients which is abysmal to say the least. I want to have the option to fully control every maintenance contract we have and send out reminders etc within that feature for each client. Almost every CRM software has this feature. It's unacceptable the way it is right now.

Hi Pinnacle Go2Girl! Thank you for taking the time to give your input. I passed your feedback on to one of our Directors of Product Management, and he'd love to speak with you both further to better understand your needs. 100% agree. This was the only feature I was hoping they would have came out with. It is incredibly frustrating and unorganized the way it is set up. Major disappointment this was not one of the features coming. I have emailed several times about this.

I completely agree.
Are there plans to create a bulk schedule for packaged services? Our standard service schedule varies season to season, with various services being performed throughout the year.
The current method of setting this up is extremely time-consuming.
Customers are on a 12-month Maintenance Contract with Level Billing
Contract Maintenance Services that need to be scheduled:
- Summer Mowing
- Spring and Fall Mulch Installation
- Fall Leaf Cleanup Visits
- Shrub Trimming and Landscape Maintenance Visits
- Winter Property Maintenance Visits
- Irrigation Checks
- Irrigation Winterization
- Fertilizer Programs
- Annual Flower Changes
- Gutter Cleaning

This! Having flexibility of predefining schedules would be very beneficial. We do irrigation checks that are seperate to maintenance visits and varies by season, along with fertilization. However, I have to create 4 different jobs per service for to ensure the schedule frequency is correct. Or even treatments that take once a year. Very time consuming.

Everyone needs this to be a feature. It's brutal!

100% Maybe if we talk about it enough, it will be? I know over 15 other business owners in my area that do not, and will not, use Jobber because of this one thing.
