Hello, since the beginning of joining Jobber I have inquired about this feature and have seen it posted by many other Jobber customers they would really like to have it. How come this feature has not been added? The current set up for maintenance contracts makes it super unorganized?

This is the only feature I want implemented. It's brutal to do anything with maintenance contracts within jobber. Needs to be fixed and done properly.

I agree with the maintenance contract feature, it’s very tedious to setup in the current system structure.
Would you guys also benefit from a ticketing system for jobs? The current notes feature feels very limited, and issue follow-ups within the app feel lacking. What do you guys think about this?

Maintenance Agreements are key to building value in a service company. Scheduling, equipment inventories, and tasking (Things that must be done on a visit). Ability to send and list tasks for each piece of equipment to a wireless device, Helps to insure accountablily and that services and maintenance are being completed per an agreement.
I may be missing something, but, I think Jobbers "Recurring Jobs" feature has been great for ALL of our maintenance agreements/contracts over the past 6 years. We've been able to utilize it for over 90 locations with great success.
