I am going to be starting a Google Ads campaign and want my Google profile to be as good looking as possible. Does anyone have any suggestions what types of photos I should upload? I am thinking about some "action" shots, showing me doing some real work. Also some showing that I am professionally equipped to deal with any pest issue. I push hard the exclusion side of the business so maybe some before and after photos of work I do? Any other suggestions? How can I start a junk removal business with little to no money?

Hello Jobber community, I’m Zane Smith, a 21-year-old business owner based in Broward County, Florida, and co-owner of Spray Wipe Wash alongside my partner, Niwangee Nicolas (22). We run a luxury vehicle detailing company built around dealership-level standards. Over the past six years, I’ve specialized in detailing Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Lamborghini, and other high-end and exotic brands, working directly with those dealerships. That experience shaped how we operate Spray Wipe Wash today—every vehicle gets treated like it’s sitting on a showroom floor, not in a driveway. While our core focus is luxury automotive detailing, we’re actively expanding into boat, plane, and residential detailing to offer a full premium care experience for our clients’ entire portfolio of assets. We’re new to Jobber and I’ve noticed there aren’t many car detailing companies on here, so I’m excited to connect with other owners, share ideas, and grow alongside a community that takes their business as seriously as we do.188Views2likes10CommentsHow do junk removal businesses build systems and processes as they grow?
I co-own a junk removal company in South Carolina. We have seen fairly rapid growth over the last 3 years and are now looking to create more structure within our business because we are approaching the size where we can no longer handle all of the management on our own. We are trying to write down systems and processes to build an operations manual/playbook, buuuut neither my business partner nor I are gifted with systems/organization/implementation... Does anyone have any good advice on where to start, especially for vision/big picture-oriented entrepreneurs? Thank you!How to build a cleaning business?
Hi Jobber Community! I have been at running my cleaning business for 16 years now. It has been and continue to be a journey. If you could start over again, how would you do it. What would you do differently or the same? By my business coach I have been told many times that I am different. Coming from corporate I had an excellent admin background, which I know for many service based enterpreneurs is a missing skill. So I consider myself lucky in this arena. Other arenas not so much, like building a team, developing my own voice in the industry. One thing I would do differently is I would have hired a business coach so much sooner. I did not know how much I needed one until I had one.Any solo cleaning business owners??
Hi everyone, Starting out with your solo commercial or residential cleaning business, what was the biggest mistake you were making or misunderstanding you had about running a business when seeking new clients? And what to you do to move forward and grow? Thank you in advance! I'm just starting out and I'm interested in blindspots I may have as new business owner.Help me be a better property manager please.
Hello, I have a lot of experience in a lot of things, so I started a business. I have a couple questions though. How do you handle multiple jobs at a time on one property? Does anyone do payment plans and have advice on how to handle them? I know it's not common practice to do payments. I view payments as a gamble will they or won't they pay. Exciting right?
