Jobber has that sales pipeline which is still in beta but is limited to the info on jobs. Especially for you GCs out there, what other PM software are you using and HOW are you using it? I've been using a trello board but I feel like most my time is just "cleaning up" the trello board instead of it actually benefitting the business. I'm looking in to a solution that can be more automated with zaps, can help disseminate information from sales to production, and that can help make us more efficient.Editing a job from the schedule section?
Maybe I am missing a button somewhere but... Is there a way to edit a job (add a product or service, change unit prices) from the schedule menu? A client calls before I am at the job and wants to add a certain service to the job booking, so I click on the job from the schedule menu and all I can change is the quantity, service date/time or Job Title. Even when I click Edit or View Details I still can't change any of that information. Does anyone have a work around rather than having to click out of the schedule and go into the Jobs section?Jobber Media Opportunity! For us, we’re attempting to automate our LEAD funnel further and I’m unsure if there’s a way to zap our online estimate into online booking for clients (currently we go back and forth to set a date). I didn’t list this in the jobber specific forum because our online estimate form is built through Go High Level. Thoughts?
Can AI create accurate inventories from photos or walkthroughs for estimates?
Anyone here using AI to build inventories from photos or on‑site for moving quotes? We’re a moving company looking to automate as much of the quote process as possible. Right now, we’re still doing a lot of manual inventory collection and data entry, and it’s slowing us down and leaving room for mistakes. I’m specifically interested in: AI tools that can take phone photos or short videos (or an on‑site walkthrough) and automatically create an itemized inventory we can use for estimates. Anything that can recognize furniture/boxes from images and turn that into quantities, cube/weight, or at least a structured checklist. Workflows where the customer does a virtual survey themselves and we just review and price it. Bonus points if it can be integrated within jobber If you’re doing this today, which software are you using, how accurate is it, and what does your workflow look like from first contact to approved quote? Any “don’t waste your time on this tool” stories are welcome too.

Thoughts with OpenPhone?
Hi! We currently using Ooma as our soft phone as it's integrated with Jobber. Unfortunately, only almost 2 months in and we're experiencing a lot of issues including missing voicemail and poor syncing of call logs. We recently notified about new softphone VOIP integration with Open Phone. Does anyone already using it? What's your experience so far? Your response is much appreciated!
