Customize Jobber with ADI, SAS, ect Catalogs
Hi, We recently noticed that Jobber now offers Home Depot as a catalog option, which has been a great addition and very helpful for our team. We are wondering if it is possible to add additional supplier catalogs, such as ADI, LiftMaster, SAS, S&SI, and similar vendors, in the same way the Home Depot catalog is integrated. Since our company specializes in security systems, gates, and access control, having catalog options from suppliers within this industry would be extremely beneficial when creating quotes and managing materials. Does anyone know if this functionality is currently available, or if there are plans for Jobber to expand catalog integrations to include other suppliers? This would be a valuable feature for companies working in specialized trades like ours.Editing a job from the schedule section?
Maybe I am missing a button somewhere but... Is there a way to edit a job (add a product or service, change unit prices) from the schedule menu? A client calls before I am at the job and wants to add a certain service to the job booking, so I click on the job from the schedule menu and all I can change is the quantity, service date/time or Job Title. Even when I click Edit or View Details I still can't change any of that information. Does anyone have a work around rather than having to click out of the schedule and go into the Jobs section?
Looking for a jobber consultant/expert
My septic company recently invested in Jobber as a means to move away from endless paperwork and redundant data entry. We use software like Quickbooks Online, Filemaker Pro, and CompanyCam. Anyone who can help us integrate our work and migrate our data into jobber and train me would be greatly appreciated!

Hi! We currently using Ooma as our soft phone as it's integrated with Jobber. Unfortunately, only almost 2 months in and we're experiencing a lot of issues including missing voicemail and poor syncing of call logs. We recently notified about new softphone VOIP integration with Open Phone. Does anyone already using it? What's your experience so far? Your response is much appreciated!
Job Templates for repeat work
There should be an ability to create job templates for repeat types of work. Many business have some core services they offer and having to type out the titles every time and set the number of hours every time and then having to add the line items each time is a real hassle. There should be an ability to create a template where the title can be autogenerated by certain fields or criteria and times for those jobs can be preset with the default line items loaded. Then you would only need to select a client and property. Having templates like this would take a lot of the time consuming administrative burden off.⚡️Keyboard Shortcuts for Jobber

Good afternoon, I know a lot of contractors are listed for Home Depot Pro Referral - and I was wondering if Jobber has had the ability to directly integrate with them. Since using jobber, I have had my office manager transfer every contact over, one by one, because it didnt allow us to track stats/communication within home depots crm. Feature Request: Hourly Line Items That Auto-Track Labor Time
Hey Jobber Team and fellow users, I’d love to see a feature added that allows us to mark a Job or Line Item as “Hourly,” where Jobber automatically tracks labor time during a visit. (yes, labor time is already tracked, but it does not populate invoices automatically with the labor time total) Here’s the idea: When a team member clocks in and out for a visit, Jobber would log the total man hours and automatically populate that into the invoice line item when it’s generated. Example: If a visit takes 3.5 total man hours across the crew, and the rate is $60/hr, the invoice line would automatically show: Labor (Hourly) — 3.5 hrs @ $60/hr = $210 This would be a huge time-saver and ensure invoices accurately reflect labor hours without needing to manually edit or calculate them later. Why it matters: Eliminates human error in time-based billing Speeds up invoicing for hourly work Keeps job costing more consistent and transparent **Would also love to see labor time displayed in decimal!** Would love to hear if others are interested in this too — and if Jobber could consider adding it as a future update!
Jobber needs an Audit Trail feature
Is there anything in the works for an audit trail to be released in Jobber? It would be extremely helpful to me to be able to see WHO created a job or invoice or who took payment, etc. It may seem trivial to many, but I spend too much time tracking down who created a job, etc. Many times the job/invoice, etc are duplicates or created incorrectly. I don't know who I need to educate on that if I don't know who created it. The current activity feed does not go back far enough. It seems that since Jobber knows who is signed in, it would be fairly easy to create a function that simply says 'this job was closed by **bleep**' or at the bottom of the invoice (like where the internal notes are) have listed whose account created it. Jobber also needs a Quote Decline option. This probably isn't the correct place to add these requests, but I have been requesting them through the chat for the last 2 years. I just thought I would add it here as well. Am I the only person that thinks this would be beneficial?
