How do I see the total dollar value of an upcoming day?
I can't seem to find the total value of a future day in my calendar?? I feel like I am missing something small as that is important information and a lot of people would need that information. I can see the value of today, but when I click ahead to another day it only shows me the name, time and location of the call. Not the total value of the day. Hey all, I recently had to take off the Jobber Lead form from my site because I cannot figure out of to track the leads being converted from google ads. Typically when they click submit, they are redirected to a thank you page and the URL of that page triggers the Google Conversion Tracker as a submitted lead form. More and more of my customers require monthly statements. Jobber does not have the option to set this to email the customer each month automatically. I need to remember and perform it manually. Has anyone figured out a solid way to forecast monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue inside Jobber? Ever since switching to Jobber, we’ve felt completely in the dark when it comes to forecasting and planning. We base a lot of our company goals around projected monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue, but the reporting tools seem heavily focused on completed work only — not future scheduled work. We’ve tried: Pulling Visits reports (not very accurate for forecasting revenue) Separating recurring vs one-off work (also not very accurate) Looking through Insights/dashboard reports But we still can’t get a clear picture of: Forecasted revenue Upcoming scheduled revenue Total jobs scheduled for future months/quarters Number of jobs completed vs upcoming How many jobs we’re actually doing each month Ideally, we’d love to see: Revenue projections based on scheduled visits/jobs Monthly/quarterly/yearly forecasting Scheduled vs unscheduled work totals Job counts by month A future-facing reporting dashboard Right now it feels like all the reports only show historical/completed numbers, which makes planning really frustrating. What are other companies doing for forecasting inside Jobber? Are you using a workaround, exporting reports to spreadsheets, integrating with another software, or using a marketplace app? So apparently there is no report to run that shows cancelled/unscheduled jobs in a given time period. Has anyone else asked for this feature? I just asked customer service to submit as a requested feature - hopefully, it's fast-tracked as I can't see how this isn't available. I would like to look at my upcoming schedule (by day, by week, or a custom range), and see the projected revenue based on future visits. I own a lawn service/maintenance company, and we invoice our customers after every visit. For example, when I see tomorrow's schedule, I would like to see the total number of visits, the revenue associated with each visit, and the total revenue for the day. I have never found a report in Jobber for this. I'm surprised that it isn't on the dashboard. Does anyone else think similarly?
