Adding A Column to a Report for Export
I'm going through my day to days and running a report on all of our jobs, both opened and closed. The report I run is Reports - One off Jobs - Export all columns to excel. What I'd like to see when I export this to a spreadsheet is Job Status. I'm able to see a job is closed and their is often an invoice noted but there are times when I will have invoiced for a deposit but still need to do a final invoice so the status would be a CLEAR indicator for the report. Some of our jobs have 1 invoice and others could have 3 or 4 invoices. So to get to my point I can't rely on the "Closed Date" and "Invoiced" column to tell me that job no longer needs my eyes on it. This report would be a one stop shop for weekly job reviews if the report showed status.- rebecca4 days agoJobber Community Team1.2KViews4likes30Comments
How to back up job photos and files from Jobber?
Hey all, just wondering if this is something others have run into. A few of our clients have been talking about how they handle long-term storage of job photos and documents, especially when staff leave, or when they want to organize files outside of Jobber. Some mentioned wanting to move things to Google Drive or DropBox automatically, but I’m not sure how common that need really is. Just curious, have you or your team thought about this? Is keeping a backup of Jobber media files part of your process, or not really a concern? Appreciate any thoughts! Hey all, I recently had to take off the Jobber Lead form from my site because I cannot figure out of to track the leads being converted from google ads. Typically when they click submit, they are redirected to a thank you page and the URL of that page triggers the Google Conversion Tracker as a submitted lead form. Due to this, I had to revert back to my old lead form so I can track the conversions and now have to manually put leads into the CRM... which sucks and was one of the main reasons I got jobber.afas1 month agoContributor 2416Views1like4CommentsCancellation report
So apparently there is no report to run that shows cancelled/unscheduled jobs in a given time period. Has anyone else asked for this feature? I just asked customer service to submit as a requested feature - hopefully, it's fast-tracked as I can't see how this isn't available. Has anyone found some way with zapier to track your canceled jobs and their values so you can track that metric?62Views1like5CommentsProjected revenue
I would like to look at my upcoming schedule (by day, by week, or a custom range), and see the projected revenue based on future visits. I own a lawn service/maintenance company, and we invoice our customers after every visit. For example, when I see tomorrow's schedule, I would like to see the total number of visits, the revenue associated with each visit, and the total revenue for the day. I have never found a report in Jobber for this. I'm surprised that it isn't on the dashboard. Does anyone else think similarly? Are there easy work-arounds?Derek13 months agoContributor 3282Views3likes8CommentsEquipment/Asset History Log
I have brought it up before to the team, but wanted to get feedback from other users on the platform. Equipment logs that could track model/serial number, work preformed, parts used etc. This would be extremely helpful in the commercial HVAC world where customers will have multiple pieces of equipment per site. We need to be able to look up the history on specific pieces of equipment when customers have questions, or for ourselves during service. I honestly don't think I can justify paying for Jobber without that feature included!EarthAIre3 months agoContributor 239Views2likes2CommentsCan you set each client to different pay terms
is it possible without doing every job each time. and can you also back date this. We have set 300 customers to the same date and they all now look overdue and some aren't due to pay for 30 days. Do we need to re issue these invoices are can they be changed? TIASolvedAusJobber1353 months agoContributor 233Views0likes3Comments
