Any integrations that add internal notes?
In an attempt to streamline most of our client data into Jobber while keeping it organizied, we use a series of internal notes to track communication, scheduling, crew notes, etc. Has anyone found any of the integrations that are able to add a note when certain actions happens. Or even add to a note when something happens. Hi! I understand that Jobber has a partnership with CallRail, but that system is a little too expensive for our smaller business, so we decided to go with OpenPhone since we just have one line and two employees that do all of our scheduling. Hi, when a client approves a quote and leaves a deposit dropper does not allow Quickbooks to recognize it. I actually need to create an invoice in order for Jobber to allow Quickbooks that recognize it. The only problem is the job has not been done yet they've only provided a deposit. So then what I end up having to do is create an invoice just so that deposit payment gets recognized by Quickbooks. Then I have to create another invoice when the job is actually done could be days or months depending on the job and that doesn't show the deposit I received when the job was approved. Hey all! We were quite excited when the XERO / Jobber invoice integration was introduced. However, we have experienced a few issues, the most recent of which has created a rather large problem. It appears that the integration has gone backwards and pushed through doubles of HEAPS of invoices, even those that have been closed or untouched for some time. Needless to say, this has posed a reconciliation nightmare and to add insult to injury, Jobber Support has pointed to the developer who has pointed us back to Jobber who has pointed to Xero Support. Hi All! I run a lawn care and gardening business and have struggled with getting all the KPIs I need from Jobber. I've had to spend many hours each month crunching numbers on spreadsheets that could have been spent growing my business. To solve this, I created a software platform that would pull in data from Jobber automatically and give me the numbers I need.
