Campaigns Update
When making campaigns is there a way to build a campaign that spans multiple weeks and dates. As of now its just a bunch of emails which isn't bad. But if thats the case, it would be nice to have another column with the scheduled send date if applicable. and would be nice if we could name that particular email with the campaign name. Like right now im doing a push to capture returning customers. I have about 6-10 emails going out. But i have another which focuses on captureing christmas light customers into the mowing divsion. they are not the same emails and do have a different tone and focus. not a big deal but helps keep things organized.BlueSkies4 days agoContributor 317Views0likes1CommentCustomizing Jobber AI Receptionist for Better Conversations
I love the idea of integrating Jobber AIemaidsjchoboken4 days agoContributor 294Views1like4CommentsAudience Selection
Maybe im an idiot and i dont think like a coder. BUT why cant i just open up the campain audience selection. it has all the names of the clients, address and tags last service dates etc. and i just click a filter. hey find everyone with this tag. i click select all. then go and search another tag and select all now both groups are in. i thought that was what i was doing, but selecting include this tag but thats not everyone i need so lets add this tag. nope it filtered the list down even more because not everyone has (nor should they have both of the tags i am needing) no i don't want to mass message 400 people. for this as i would like to give a more customized message to this particular audience. or a way to exclude customser who do have a visit upcoming in x days. its great thats an option. i am going after customers who are not already on the list....I DONT want them getting bombarded by a bunch of emails as they are already getting specific ones for themBlueSkies4 days agoContributor 321Views0likes3CommentsReviews
I have started using the new Review feature on the invoices. We have already gotten a couple of reviews, and the ability to respond is great. The only issue is that we want to restrict who receives these invites. It seems like this option should be at the customer level and not only at the invoice level. We want to limit our commercial and industrial customers from receiving these. Any suggestions?TNLM0619 days agoContributor 2268Views1like4CommentsDoes Jobber's AI Receptionist distinguish spam calls from actual customers.
I’m currently using open phone it’s a Ai receptionist that’s integrated with jobber. I like it but it picks up all the spam calls and that impacts the amount of actual calls from customers it can take. Does jobber Ai receptionist distinguish spam calls?Moss9121 month agoContributor 377Views1like2CommentsWhat is your favorite feature in Jobber? Why?
I'll go first. My favorite feature in Jobber is probably the new quote templates. This makes our selling process so much easier. It's also easier to train new sales people because we don't have to teach them how to write an entire quote. We can just teach them which template is best for the job, they are bidding.BrandenSewell1 month agoJobber Ambassador76Views2likes3CommentsGoogle Reviews Not Syncing to Website
Hi. I've set up my website using Jobber's website builder and connected it to my Google Business Profile to display customer reviews as testimonials. The issue: When I first published the site, it pulled in my Google reviews perfectly. However, as new reviews come in on my Google profile, they're not syncing to the website - it's still showing the same number of reviews from when I initially connected it. My questions: Is this a known limitation, or should the reviews sync automatically? If they don't auto-sync, is there a manual refresh button or process I'm missing? Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, how did you resolve it?YaakovLewin2 months agoContributor 252Views0likes1CommentUp Your Follow-Up Game & Win!
I hear a lot of business owners and leaders talking about "getting leads". Don't get me wrong, leads are important. However, what you do with those leads is more important. When you get a lead, how long does it take you to reach out and make contact? Did you know that your chances of closing that lead as a customer drop drastically if you do not make contact in the first minute or two, in many cases. Your customers are able to click and learn about your competitors very rapidly. If you are failing at "speed to lead", you are likely missing clients. How many times do you follow up? For how long? I suggest following up "until you get a solid yes or no". That lead is a client until they prove themselves otherwise. The only way you know they are not a client, is to hear that actually say "no, I am not interested". Until you get that no, they are still a potential yes. If it takes 10 follow-ups or a year, keep trying. You never know if that potential client has had a change in life condition that makes your services more or less relevant over time. Don't give up. Follow up on your leads. And don't just text ..... When I build and distribute a campaign all my clients that were on the email list become newly updated and the persons that just sent a Request yesterday are integrated in the new mix and jumbled and forgotten. Is there a way to send a campaign and maintain everyone's date and order?Newbee2 months agoContributor 243Views1like3CommentsAre you Sleeping on Jobber's Add-Ons?
Guys! i just want to say - DO NOT sleep on all the extras! I've been feeling like i wasn't getting a lot out of Jobber as I was only using it as a scheduling and invoicing platform, but I've been quite focussed on scaling my cleaning company lately, so i decided to start using more features Jobber has to offer... Im impressed! I didn't know i was missing out on so much! the email marketing, referrals, and google analytics are incredible! worth every penny! I've seen mixed reviews on the AI receptionist... should I add that on as well? I do Google LSA (pay per phone call) and I'm a bit nervous about having AI take those calls...CEOJay2 months agoContributor 2183Views2likes2Comments
