How can Jobber help me grow my business?
I am a fairly new business and I am still finishing the detail of my operations. I have been using the basic plan from Jobber for my bookings but I did not find myself using the Marketing suite very much when I first purchased a plan. I believe it is because I was still figuring out how to run my business operations. My question is, what is the best marketing move for me to do as a relatively new business owner using Jobber with limited resources like funds and a small client base.

Hi I'm Tom, I'm new here and am having difficulties with Facebook Market Place. I don't have an advertising budget yet. I'm too small and sales are not consistent or regular enough. My clients rave about products, build, quality and price. I've been posting and relying on word of mouth for sales. I can't figure out how to promote my products or make a business page. Am I barking up the wrong tree. I'm local in the East Valley. Should I be starting in a different direction?
$20k in First Month – How to Push Margins from 20% to 30%?
Hey everyone, I’m just about a month into running my home service business and wanted to share where I’m at + get some advice. We’re on track to finish around ~$20k in revenue in the first month. Current breakdown: Contractors: 62% Expenses (VA, tools, etc.): 18% Net profit: ~20% Overall, I’m happy with the start, but I know there’s room to improve margins. For those more experienced: Would you focus first on raising prices or reducing contractor costs? What contractor % do you aim for at scale? Any early changes that helped you break into the 25–30% range? Appreciate any insight—working on tightening systems and scaling the right way.How can I accurately track revenue generated from Jobber marketing campaigns?
I have really enjoyed creating campaigns on jobber and being able to reach an audience in seconds. I love that you can customize the settings to be very specific on who you want the campaign to go to. The only issue I have is it shows my revenue for each campaign, but it seems to be incorrect and just pulling in random jobs. I would like to have a way to see what revenue the campaigns truly brought in. Anyone else experiencing this?
Google Reviews Not Syncing to Website
Hi. I've set up my website using Jobber's website builder and connected it to my Google Business Profile to display customer reviews as testimonials. The issue: When I first published the site, it pulled in my Google reviews perfectly. However, as new reviews come in on my Google profile, they're not syncing to the website - it's still showing the same number of reviews from when I initially connected it. My questions: Is this a known limitation, or should the reviews sync automatically? If they don't auto-sync, is there a manual refresh button or process I'm missing? Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, how did you resolve it?
