We send them out as well but not as many clients take the time to fill it out, despite communicating their happiness with our service.

Day 1 and Day 3 for auto.
On Day 3 and 5 we do in person. After that late fees begin.
Usually gets solved pretty quick after that.

Are you talking about marketing campaign, or automatic job followups? Text marketing campaigns is something that the Product Team is definitely aware of. However, the data we have suggests that customers are open to reminders and job-related texts, but not so much on marketing campaign texts. Does that match what you see out there?
