Great tool! Our company scored a 90/100. One thing we will continue to work on is our online reputation. We are going to focus in on every 1-4 star google review and what improvements we can make. We currently sit at a 4.9 which some may say is even better than a 5.0 Google rating. But there is always room for improvement!
