I am pleasantly surprised to see our score at 95! We have a lot of competitors and are already working on boosting our reviews. We use the jobber review feature as well as leaving cards with an easy call to action to review us and QR code. I like the other suggestions of the project showcase on our website, which we will do. Local engagement is top priority. We don’t do much “community goodwill” work and it’s been on my radar. Thanks for this fun activity!
