Although already having had a goal pertaining to improvements prior to viewing this thread, my goal would generally coincide with the brief feedback that was given on our Get Noticed Score results. Having 16 reviews on Google, all being 5-stars, I hope to reach (35) total 5-star Google reviews this month and limit all negative reviews through high quality of service and customer accommodation. I am in the process of pushing out a new wave of focused and effective attention-grabbing / performance-reflective marketing and ad campaigns across Google|Facebook|Instagram. Furthermore, we will be working to improve and enhance our Jobber campaigns, automations, lead / client incentives, and follow-ups to effectively engage all new and past clients in order to achieve these goals I have set.
