My score is 88/100. Based on this, I will improve it by requesting more Google reviews. I will purchase a business card with a QR code to link to my google review to hand out to customers at the end of jobs. I have all 5-star reviews, but not many reviews. This was very helpful and I am setting a goal of 20 new reviews in the next 60 days.
