Our score was a 90.  I have one 1 star review that I have reported for over a year and Google won't remove it!  It's from a guy hours away who has never been a client.  Grr.

I can improve my score by removing that or getting a lot more reviews.  I always leave a thank you card with a google review QR code but need to do more to chase good reviews!
