I think there may have been an error in my attempt, I got a score of 0 out of 0, then it congratulated me on how well I'm doing...

That said, it had some good advice: my biggest limiting factor is the number of reviews I have at the moment. If I focus on following up with customers to collect reviews after service completion, I could start farming a lot more reviews and boost my reputation.
