There's probably a dozen things I can think of that Jobber could improve but right now what's eating up my time is the lack of immediate booking or overwriting requests with jobs.
Example: Customer puts in an on-site request for an estimate. I have 2 hours put aside for the visit. I give the quote, the customer approves, I have time to do it. Now its a mess of converting the quote to an unscheduled job, then overwrite my request so my times are accurate. Or I just leave it and untangle a rats nest at the end of the day.
Also, there should be an option to make me (or a technician) immediately available for booking when a job is completed. Instead of manually going into the schedule and editing times. That would make time tracking more accurate as well as less admin work, and more opportunity to take calls.
