I’ve been requesting this feature for about a year and a half and bring it up each time I talk to the support team. The ability to reassign a property to a new client would be a massive help. We work with property management companies that have multiple property managers (each of those manage several properties) and each time a PM leaves their properties are assigned to a new PM. We also have some clients that shift properties around between PMs occasionally as well to balance workloads. Without the ability to reassign these properties, we either have to create a duplicate of the property with the new PM account (and lose all historical data) or just leave them with the old PM and make notes on the file that we hope get seen by our team. There have been instances where I had to recreate the property with the new PM and then duplicate several quotes that were still outstanding (because strata properties can take 1-12+ months to decide on project approval).
Overall, without this feature there is a massive amount of admin work and workarounds that end of having to be created. A solution is by far the number one item on my request list.
Every time I make a feature request I either get a defensive reply or an AI reply. Don't be mad when everyone dips out for Service Titans or the like 🤷
