Every time I make a feature request I either get a defensive reply or an AI reply. Don't be mad when everyone dips out for Service Titans or the like 🤷
I have to say that Jobber has been one of the more responsive SaaS companies that I’ve encountered and I’ve already seen several feature requests that I’ve brought up (in addition to many other users I’m sure) have eventually been implemented. I’ve also found their support team to be very responsive and open to feedback. Sure, some requests can take longer to implement but I also know that every feature that would be great for me may not be a huge benefit to other Jobber users so it takes a while until there have been enough requests to make it feasible. Software development is hard, and scaling it well is even harder.
