I've been with Jobber for well over 10 years and I wouldn't consider leaving.
Today, the trend is getting away from the hourly model and to get into performance pay. I think that we can all agree that if there were a way for employees to see their upsells and have daily objectives laid out, that would be a massive benefit and selling point as a Jobber add on. I need a way to have my project coordinator (we do large multi day jobs) create a daily objective sheet, have the worker add before and after pictures, time stamps for performance pay, and upsells, that we could eliminate a massive part of the owner operator's responsibilities and be able to transfer accountability to the project coordinator / estimator.
To answer the question, we need a simplified way to give the project coordinator / estimator control over the job, with measurable daily objectives, accountability for who was on site, and daily evaluations of the worker's performance.
I don't know how to integrate that into jobber myself, but this is a real need for my business, and I know without a doubt, that implementing this will absolutely be a viable add on that will actually grow businesses and take the boots off the owner. The owner operator does not have a business, they have a glorified job.
