Installation work. In the field before the business I was a tech doing hvac service work 98% of the time. Now a very small hvac business, i have to do everything! I need to get my butt a seasoned and dedicated hvac installer. I just need to bite the proverbial bullet and buy the van, make the hire. I need more time to work on my business instead of in my business... Other than that i need to be better about creating the systems, get a different personal number and actually allow jobber receptionist to answer the business number!
