If I could hand off one task in my landscaping business today, it would be the constant upkeep and maintenance of our equipment. Our equipment is what keeps the business moving, but cleaning, servicing, sharpening, repairing, and maintaining it takes valuable hours away from the work that actually grows the company. If I could hand that responsibility to someone else, I could put those hours back into my customers, my crew, and taking on more jobs. Sometimes the biggest thing holding a small business back isn’t a lack of opportunity it’s simply not having enough hours in the day. 😰😰
