I would really like if the AI rep could be more on point with responses, tone and with the way it communicates, with the ability to look over the follow up schedule and contact clients on our behalf. Follow up is where we need help and having an automate system that can gather details and notes while we handle other large tasks and projects would be ideal and a game changer.
We had to disconnect our AI rep because clients were not happy with the results. The tone sounds more robotic then I would like, tends to push away clients especially because we are facing a large amount of spam through our personal and work phone numbers.
