- Technician Note Tracking: Allow technicians to mark a previous note as "read" and start a completely new note with a fresh date and time stamp, rather than stacking text in the old one.
- Rich Text Formatting: Add the ability to bold or color text in client emails and text messages to highlight critical details.
- $0.00 Invoice & Warranty Fixes: Stop automated follow-ups from sending on $0.00 invoices, and block $0.00 invoices from being emailed entirely. Provide a cleaner way to handle draft quotes and close out $0.00 jobs for warranty work without messing up the billing workflow.
