I would release the hiring and training system. It takes a lot of time, effort, and well-defined procedures to build a strong, reliable team. When someone leaves or doesn’t work out, having to restart the entire process can result in a significant loss of time and resources.

I would also focus on finding and implementing new systems that help us optimize our time, streamline the hiring and training process, and develop a stronger, more consistent team.
