Full AI Jobber Assistant. Connects to all apps we use, answers phones-intakes information, including scope of work-creates client profile- sets appt using preferred time ranges- Human goes and documents during first visit- AI builds quotes using given documentation and client scope-sends quote- calls client and discusses quotes(under strict parameters to not mess up)- when approved, Ai sets up payment draw schedule, job set up, team member communication, materials ordering- handles all payments- communications to client along the way. Once project finishes-Ai gets client review, referrals and moves on to the next. Ai handles all marketing, ensures client communication, handles all client contract flows, payment schedules and collecting of payments. The only thing human does is the physical documentation of scope of work and field operation crew doing the work, other than that the Ai does the rest. End of the day Ai sends an email with the days work and any pertinent matters needing my attention, even calling me on voice to discuss the day. I’ll create my own version of this and trial it. The only thing humans are doing are the parts the Ai can’t right now to gather the scope of work documentation. Unless of course it can control a drone to go out to the clients homes and document while I watch with vr headset. It would be really cool and useful with the advancements of Ai.
