Not exactly hand-off, but streamline and improve: Internal team communications inside Jobber. I want something that feels like Slack, the ability to have pseudo conversations and tag other users, inside the customer profile or job profile. I miss Slack a lot, and our notes in Jobber are extremely crucial, but the Notes aren't a dynamic tool. Notes you make with the quote open are hidden on the main customer profile (honestly, this feature should go away, because it would be better for all notes written to be 100% shown in the main profile), but some version of tags (such as *quote *job *invoice) for notes, and the ability to tag other users would be AMAZING.
