If I could hand off one task in my business today, it would be turning all the moving pieces of a job into one automatically updated game plan for my team.
We offer more than just cleaning, so one client might book a deep clean, add organizing, laundry, errands, windows, or move-in/move-out help, and then change priorities before the appointment. Right now, the hardest part is making sure every change gets carried over correctly into the schedule, employee instructions, time estimates, client notes, and invoice without something getting missed.
My dream Jobber feature would be an AI “job coordinator” that takes everything the client has approved and automatically builds the day for us
who should go, how many labor hours are needed, what supplies are required, what the priority list is, and whether the job is likely to run over the scheduled time.
Even better, if a client texts or adds something like “Can you also clean the fridge and organize the pantry?” Jobber could recognize it as an add-on, suggest the price and additional labor time, send it for approval, and once approved automatically update the job and notify the assigned team.
Basically: I want to stop being the human bridge between the customer, the quote, the schedule, and my employees.
That would give me hours back every single week and make it much easier to grow without sacrificing the client experience
