Imagine having over 100 properties on a service plan. You need to manually go into each property to create a separate quote, which is all the same format over 100 times.
Once that quote is approved then you need to manually go into the approved quote to schedule that quote which is the same scheduling process over 100 times. The visits are the same four months out of the entire year
You do all that work, then you need to manually invoice over 100 times.
My answer is pretty straightforward if we could have jobber streamline that process where it’s quoting the same service, scheduling the same job for the same months throughout the year and creating the same invoices. That would save so much manual entry.
