I’d like to suggest an enhancement around workflow and data continuity between Requests, Quotes, Jobs, and Clients. It would be helpful if the workflow worked both ways, allowing information entered or updated at a later stage in the process to also update the corresponding information on previous forms/records on custom data fields.
For example, if a Request is not converted directly and a new Quote is created, there should be a way to link those records afterward so the workflow and history remain connected. Similarly, when the same data field exists across multiple stages of the workflow, information entered at one stage should have the option to automatically populate or update that field on the related previous records.
Essentially, I’d like to see more connected, two-way data flow throughout the customer lifecycle, rather than having to manually enter the same information on multiple forms or having records become disconnected when the workflow changes.
