I enjoy the process we have, but it would make things a lot smoother if my time didn't have to be spent on bi-weekly updates. It would be great if there was a system within Jobber that would send the first few customer production updates out before they needed to be more specific & detailed.
This may already exist. Up to this point all we have used Jobber for is quoting & invoicing when unavailable through our manufacturer portals. All other CRM functions have been through Builder Trend. I am exploring all Jobber has to offer because Builder Trend can't do the quoting like Jobber & Jobber is considerably cheaper even if we utilize the whole system.
