IF I could hand off one task in my business today, it would be calculating our contract installer payroll.
DCMO contract installers are paid based on different labor structures depending on the job and not hourly-such as square yard (SY), square feet (SF), minimum labor charges and Etc. Currently calculating what each installer is owed requires manually reviewing completed jobs and calculating the labor amounts outside of Jobber.
I would love to see Jobber have a way to assign labor rates or pay structures to contract installers and then automatically calculate their weekly earnings based on the work completed. Ideally, we could run a report showing each installer, the jobs they completed, the applicable labor rate, and the total amount owed for that pay period.
This would eliminate a significant amount of manual work, reduce the potential for calculation errors, and make our weekly installer payroll process much more efficient.
Also, would be nice if the Qty line on the job could indicate what unit of measure SY,SF,EA,LF and so on
