If I could hand off one task, it would be turning a client walkthrough into organized, actionable information without having to stop and take notes.
Ideally, I could use a hands-free wearable during a property walkthrough to capture the conversation along with photos and video of the site. AI could connect what the client is saying with what I'm looking at - requests, problem areas, plants, materials, measurements, existing conditions, and anything that needs follow-up.
By the time I leave the property, Jobber could have a site-visit summary organized by area, client requests and decisions, annotated photos, follow-up tasks, a preliminary material list, and the beginnings of an estimate or job scope ready for me to review.
The goal would be to let me stay engaged with the client instead of constantly taking notes, then eliminate the time spent afterward trying to reconstruct the conversation from photos, videos, and memory.
Walkthrough -> Conversation + Visual Capture -> AI Site Summary -> Tasks & Materials -> Draft Scope/Estimate -> Review
Essentially, I'd like to walk onto a property, have a normal conversation with the client, look at what they're showing me, and have Jobber handle the documentation in the background.
