If I could hand off one task in my business today, it would be adding change orders to jobs. When a job is already sold and built, but a change order is submitted, it is fairly ridiculous and very time consuming that you have to create a separate quote and if that sells book a whole new job and have two different invoices for the same job. Most the time, we end up just archiving the signed quote and manually adding the line items to the existing job, which hurts our conversion rate. It would be a lot easier if you could add quotes to existing jobs like Service Titan does. On an existing job? Create a quote while on the job that is automatically tied to the existing job, and if they approve, have a function where it will add it automatically to the job invoice.
