Rain day rescheduling, hands down.
I run a mowing focused lawn care company in Houston, TX while working a full-time job, and one afternoon storm can blow up two days of routes. The mowing itself isn't the problem. It's everything after: texting every affected client, shuffling the route so drive time still makes sense, keeping the crew's day full, and making sure nobody feels forgotten. One missed message and a loyal weekly client thinks you ghosted them.
I'd love for Jobber to detect a weather disruption, propose a rebuilt route for the rest of the week, and auto-notify affected clients with their new time window once I approve it. Right now that's an hour or two of my night, every time it rains. In Houston, that's a lot of nights.
