In reading some of the comments i also wish that the it had better non-connected to internet features, we are requiring to bill out and add notes to jobs at the office when our techs are onsite in remote areas with no cell reception or internet access, it would be great if it could be utilized and just save the notes / send the invoice to the customer when it gets back to some kind of service, rather than just failing to upload anything.
