Probably the day to day administrative follow up. As a GC i am mostly bouncing between jobsites helping the team, delivering additional materials, meeting clients and subs and putting out the fires. Id love to hand off more of the routine items like emails, follow ups, and paperwork like job costing and book keeping. So i can spend more time planning the actual projects, estimating and growing the business.
