If I could hand off one task today, it is the administrative research and follow-up that happens behind the scenes. Property research takes time. So does tracking opportunities and keeping up with partners.
That work matters, but it pulls attention away from moving projects forward. Handing off part of it gives me more time to focus on creating attainable homeownership opportunities for working families. Saving just 3 hours a week gives back more than 150 hours a year. That is time I can put toward turning opportunities into actual projects.
