I’d hand off quote follow-up across our locations.
Once an estimate goes out, someone still has to remember who needs a call, what was discussed, and when to reach out again. Multiply that across branches, and a simple task becomes a daily management burden. We’ve already invested in earning the lead and preparing the quote; letting that opportunity go quiet is an expensive gap.
I’d want automation to follow up at the right time, reference the actual job, record the customer’s response, and bring in the right local team member when a question needs judgment. It should stop when the customer declines and move an accepted quote toward scheduling with the correct branch. Every open quote should have a clear next step and an owner.
The goal is consistent service at every location, more estimates turning into profitable work, and managers getting time back to coach their teams. I’d measure success by conversion rate, time from quote to booking, and hours returned to the office staff.
Ultimately, I want to add locations without multiplying the number of things someone has to remember each day.
