I use requests from the client link. I know I can convert to a job, but the request details don’t fill into the job — I still rebuild titles and visit notes by hand. I’d love convert to create a draft job with what the client wrote already in the instructions, since I usually assess on site as a normal job anyway, not as a separate assessment.
